Our marks
OpalSketch™ and the OpalSketch logo are trademarks of RK Parisi Enterprises. [If any mark is registered, list the registration number and office here and use the registered symbol only for those marks.] All rights are reserved.
Using our marks
Customers may refer to OpalSketch in plain text to say they use or are powered by it, for example "Designed with OpalSketch". When you do:
- Use the name as written, with a capital V and 3D, and do not alter, animate or recolor the logo.
- Do not use our marks in your own business name, product name, domain name or social handle.
- Do not suggest that we sponsor, endorse or partner with you unless we have agreed in writing.
- Do not use our marks in a way that is misleading or disparaging.
Use of our logo files beyond this, including white-label or co-branded use, needs written permission. Ask at [brand contact email].
Your marks
Business customers can show their own name and logo on presentations, quotes and the client view. You keep all rights in your marks and you confirm that you have the right to use them in the Service.
Third-party names and products
Product names, brand names, logos and images shown in the Service belong to their respective owners. They appear for identification and to help you plan a project, and do not mean that the owner sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with OpalSketch or RK Parisi Enterprises.
Reporting a concern
If you believe content in the Service infringes your trademark or copyright, send the mark or work, where it appears, and your contact details to [legal contact email]. We will review it and respond as the law requires.
