This policy applies to everyone who uses OpalSketch. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not

• Break the law or use the Service to plan, promote or carry out unlawful activity.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful.
• Enter other people's personal information without a lawful reason and the right to do so.
• Try to access accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours, or probe or bypass the Service's security.
• Copy, scrape or bulk-download the product catalog, images or pricing, or resell them, except as the Service allows.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service's software, except where the law gives you that right.
• Introduce malware or send spam, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misstate your relationship with us.
• Overload or disrupt the Service, including by automated requests that go beyond normal use.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where practical we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it.
